【中百集团：收到湖北证监局警示函】财联社1月23日电，中百集团(000759.SZ)公告称，公司及时任董事长张锦松、李军、汪梅方等多人因2016-2023年财务数据披露不真实，以及未及时披露累计诉讼、仲裁金额占最近一期经审计净资产10%以上的情况，被湖北证监局出具警示函。
