【日本半导体公司Rapidus拟2028年度启动生产】财联社2月10日电，日本半导体公司Rapidus预计将在2028年度正式启动生产。该公司目标按计划在2027年度后半期启动2纳米制程产品的量产，然后用约1年时间构建增产4倍左右的体系。
