【中芯国际：2025年销售收入创历史新高】财联社2月12日电，中芯国际(688981.SH)公告称，在2025年第四季度及全年业绩说明会上，公司联合首席执行官赵海军博士表示，2025年公司销售收入为93.27亿美元，同比增长16.2%，毛利率为21.0%，同比上升3.0个百分点。2026年第一季度，公司预计销售收入环比持平，毛利率预计在18%到20%之间。此外，公司预计在2026年底，月产能增量折合12英寸约4万片。
