【美光开始量产面向数据中心的固态硬盘】《科创板日报》14日讯，美光宣布，已开始量产面向服务器和数据中心的PCI Express 6.0固态硬盘。其最大读取速度为28GB/s，最大写入速度为14GB/s，是目前市售基于PCI Express 5.0的NVMe SSD的两倍。
