【天风证券：收到中国证监会湖北监管局行政处罚决定书】财联社3月13日电，天风证券(601162.SH)公告称，收到中国证监会湖北监管局下发的《行政处罚决定书》，因公司存在为股东或股东关联人提供融资、未按规定披露与关联方的关联交易等违法行为，被给予警告并处以共计1500万元罚款。同时，公司多名时任高管被处以警告和罚款，罚款金额从50万元至600万元不等。
