【华灿光电：和谐芯光减持至5%以下 不再是公司持股5%以上股东】财联社3月13日电，华灿光电(300323.SZ)公告称，公司持股5%以上股东和谐芯光通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份81,149,996股，减持后持有公司81,149,847股，占公司总股本的4.99999%，不再是公司持股5%以上股东。此次权益变动不会导致公司控制权变更，对公司治理结构及持续经营无影响。
