【半导体概念港股走强 兆易创新涨15%】财联社3月16日电，截至发稿，兆易创新(03986.HK)涨15%，华虹半导体(01347.HK)涨9%，中芯国际(00981.HK)涨2%。消息面上，继存储芯片、封装之后，半导体产业链或迎来新一波涨价潮。成熟制程晶圆代工厂联电、世界先进、力积电等最快4月起调升报价，幅度最高达一成甚至更多。
