【蚂蚁集团要约收购耀才证券已获批准】财联社3月16日电，财联社记者获悉，耀才证券金融今晚公告表示，蚂蚁集团发起的要约收购已通过中国有关部门审批，预计将于3月30日完成交割。这意味着，此次收购最为关键的环节目前已完成。公告也提到，公司股票于16日短暂停牌后，17日开市起将复牌。（财联社记者 闫军）
