【新天然气：股东尹显峰拟减持不超0.99%股份】财联社3月20日电，新天然气(603393.SH)公告称，股东尹显峰计划自公告披露之日起3个交易日后的三个月内(即2026年3月26日至2026年6月25日)，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过420万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.99%。减持原因为个人资金需求，股份来源为IPO前及其他方式取得的股份。
