【存储芯片概念震荡回升 德明利逼近涨停】财联社3月24日电，午后存储芯片概念震荡回升，德明利逼近涨停，古鳌科技、商络电子、赛腾股份、盈新发展、气派科技等跟涨。消息面上，Wedbush分析师在周一发布的报告中表示，DRAM与NAND存储价格正快速上涨，预计2025年第四季度基础上，2026年上半年价格涨幅将达到“三位数”水平。其中，DRAM价格涨幅有望达到130%至150%，NAND涨幅也接近这一水平。
