【开能健康：子公司拟600万元参与设立福建原能细胞科技公司】财联社3月26日电，开能健康(300272.SZ)公告称，公司全资子公司海南开能拟与关联方原能集团及非关联方九龙山圆山共同投资设立福建原能细胞科技有限公司，注册资本5000万元。其中，海南开能认缴出资600万元，持股12%。合资公司拟在漳州建设细胞存储库、制备实验室、科普中心及全自动细胞生产线。
