【小鹏汽车：公司中文名称将由“小鹏汽车有限公司”变更为“小鹏集团”】财联社3月27日电，小鹏汽车(09868.HK)在港公告，自2026年4月1日起，本公司中文名称（仅供识别）将由“小鹏汽车有限公司”变更为“小鹏集团”。本公司英文名称维持不变，仍为“XPengInc.”。自2026年4月1日上午9时起，本公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主板进行交易的A类普通股，其中文股份简称将由“小鹏汽车–W”变更为“小鹏集团–W”。
