谭旭光，男，汉族，1961年2月生，山东潍坊人，天津大学工学博士，高级经济师。中共党员。十届、十一届、十二届全国人大代表。现任山东重工集团有限公司董事长、党委书记，潍柴控股集团有限公司董事长，潍柴动力股份有限公司董事长；兼任中国工业经济联合会主席团主席、中国企业联合会/中国企业家协会副会长、中国机械工业联合会副会长、中国内燃机工业协会理事长。

Tan Xuguang, male, the han nationality, born in February 1961, Weifang of Shandong province, doctor of engineering of Tianjin University, senior economist, member of Chinese communist party, the tenth，eleventh and twelfth National People's Congress. Currently, he is the chairman, secretary of the party committee of Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., the chairman of Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., the chairman of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., as well as the president of the China Federation of Industrial Economics committee, the vice chairman of China Enterprise Confederation/China Entrepreneur Association, the vice chairman of China Machinery Industry Federation, and chairman of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association.

谭旭光先后荣获“全国五一劳动奖章”、“全国劳动模范”、“全国优秀创业企业家”、“十大财富领袖”、“第四届袁宝华企业管理金奖”、“装备中国功勋企业家”、“2011年中国十大创新人物”等荣誉称号，并分别于2005年和2010年被评为“CCTV中国经济年度人物”。
